Dietetic Technicians

Dietetic technicians assist dietitians in developing nutrition programs and meal plans. They also teach and counsel individuals in proper diet and health.

Dietetic technicians are also called dietary aides, cooks, cook chill technicians (CCT), diet clerks, diet technician registereds (DTR), certified dietary managers (CDM), dietary managers, nutrition technicians, and clinical dietetic technicians.
