Job description of a physical therapy aide

A physical therapy aide works under the direct supervision of a physical therapist or a physical therapist assistant. An aide performs a variety of tasks but cannot work directly with patients on clinical tasks in states where licensure is required. On a daily basis, a physical therapy aide will likely be responsible for keeping the therapy area clean and well organized.
