The required education level varies from position to position, and from person to person. Many who were raised on farms and ranches obtain the experience growing up, while others learn the fundamental principles in a post secondary education, and many who grow up on a farm obtain these degrees as well. Be sure to check out the programs being offered in many locations and determine what is best for you.
