Do smartphones really make you smarter?

With the latest advertising messages being spread of a college-aged woman and man portraying Albert Einstein and holding a smart phone conveying the truth that Smartphones make you smarter? I mean they are called Smartphones; but even with the convincing argument that they do make life easier and more productive; Smartphones do come with some negative productivity and procrastination arguments as well. But all arguments aside, Smartphones are here to stay; whether there is a real argument that they actually do make us “smarter”.
