Requirements to Obtain a Job
In order to obtain a job as a technical support analyst, you should hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, or business administration. Sometimes, if you have enough prior experience, this can make up for the degree and you will be able to obtain a job without one. The courses you take will cover subjects such as programming, system architecture, marketing, management and finance.
