Entertainment Attendants are responsible for ensuring the quality of service at an entertainment venue. They often take tickets, work as ushers, clean the venue, and a variety of other jobs that may be specific to that particular performance or venue.

Customer service is a critical part of being an entertainment attendant. Often, customer interaction will only be with the attendant, so the service and attitude of the attendant is one of the most essential parts of the entertainment experience.

The level of education required will vary depending on the position and the company, from formal training in customer service and other fields, to none at all. Of course, all candidates will benefit from a high school diploma or GED certificate, take a look at the programs being offered in many locations.
