Customer Service Representatives interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

A Customer Service Representatives needs to be able to speak clearly, have good listening skills, the ability to find the solution to a variety of problems, recognize when someone is having a problem or difficulty, among many other important skills. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average hourly wage for a Customer Service Representative is $14.
