Careers as Employment Interviewers

An Employment Interviewer are responsible for matching job applicants with job openings. They are responsible for interviewing job applicants in an employment office and matching them appropriate open positions. Interviewers are responsible for maintaining relationships with employers in the area, contacting them to learn of open positions and follow up to ensure the quality of the referrals they sent based on the interviews conducted.

Employment Interviewers most often work in employment agencies and temporary employment offices. They need to be knowledgeable on a variety of subjects and job fields.

The majority of positions require a bachelor’s degree. Be sure to look into the programs being offered in many locations.
