Knowing your California Resident Privacy Rights
On January 1, 2005, California's Shine the Light law was enacted providing California residents with the right to receive disclosures about any sharing of their personal information with other companies.

In the event you are a California resident and you provided your personal information to Renevati, then, once each calendar year, you, as the user, may submit a written request for information about the information Renevati shared, if any, with any third party companies for their marketing efforts. To submit a written request, please send us a written letter to:

California Privacy Request
C/O Renevati, Inc.
5255 N Edgewood Drive Suite 225
Provo, UT 84604

Please be sure to provide your name, email address, physical address, phone number, and date of birth so Renevati may locate your file.

Within 30 days of receiving your request, Renevati will email or mail you a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties, such as name, email, phone, etc., for third-party marketing purposes during the most recent calendar year, along with the names and addresses of those third parties.

Renevati reserves the right not to respond to requests sent more than once in a calendar year, or requests submitted to an address other than the one posted in this notice. Please be advised that the California Shine the Light law does not cover all information sharing. Renevati's disclosure only includes information covered by applicable law.
