Our Associates of Applied Science program in Culinary Arts can be completed in just 70 weeks. With 20 weeks in the kitchens and classrooms, 10 weeks in our open-to-the-public fine dining restaurant, 10 weeks on an externship and 30 weeks of general education and business courses.
