Abilene Christian University, founded in 1906 and affiliated with the Church of Christ, has a long and proud heritage dedicated to educating students for Christian service and leadership throughout the world.

ACU has majors in just about every field: accounting, biochemistry, Biblical text, computer science, history, art and sociology. And that is just scratching the surface. This school is a selective, private university. Some ACU graduates go on to medical school where they are accepted at a rate of more than twice that of the national average or to law school, where they are accepted at a rate of more than 90 percent.

The campus is on 208 acres and is about 180 miles west of the Dallas/Forth Worth area in the beautiful Abilene, Texas. The campus is very active and hosts things like concerts, entertainment, devotionals, poetry readings, intramural sports, clubs and more.
